Welcome to Biogrify! By accessing or using the beta version of Biogrify ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Beta Disclaimer

  • The App is provided "as-is" for testing purposes only.
  • The App may contain bugs, errors, or other issues.
  • By participating in the beta, you acknowledge these risks, including the possibility of data loss or app crashes.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Use it only for its intended purpose.
  • Refrain from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the App's source code.
  • Avoid using the App for any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Biogrify retains ownership of all trademarks, features, and content within the App.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes during the beta period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Biogrify is not liable for damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

  • App performance issues.

Participation in the beta is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
